Jayanthi Public Senior Secondary School (Vertical), Tirupur is one amongst the new Public Private Partnership Sainik Schools under the Sainik School Society (SSS), Ministry of Defence (MoD), Government of India, New Delhi and a Premier educational institution in Tamilnadu imparting Military Oriented education to the students / cadets.
The Aim of the School is to provide a comprehensive education that includes Academic, Physical and Mental development to the Students / Cadets both Boys and Girls and prepare students to enter the Indian Defence Services, particularly the National Defence Academy, Pune and Indian Naval Academy, Ezhimala, Kerala after class XII.
The School also aim to instill values like Self-Reliance, Confidence a sense of Duty towards the Nation. Students are admitted to class VI through AISSE Examination conducted by NTA. There are merit cum means based scholarships sponsored by Ministry of Defence, Government of India, made available to prospective students.
